What to Expect
Families are often referred to us from Dane County Human Services. We confirm eligibility and begin building a relationship with the child and family by spending time in their preferred settings. We listen to families as they identify needs and gaps in support. Case managers build bridges to funding and care, whether formal or informal.
We are a small agency with remarkable longevity as employees. We function as a team and draw on each other for consultation, creative solutions and different areas of expertise to support all of our clients.
